IMODIUM CAMPAIGN DISSOLVING AMONG CANADIAN TRAVELLERS

McNeil Consumer Healthcare of Guelph, ON is targeting Canadian travellers in a new advertising campaign for its Imodium Quick-Dissolve tablets. Print ads in national travel magazines and indoor airport posters in Toronto and Vancouver are positioned to reach consumers while they are planning a vacation or just as they are leaving for one. The campaign's tagline is encouraging Canadian travellers to "Visit the Country. Not Just Its Restrooms." Creative features a variety of pictures of restrooms from around the world. McNeil Consumer Healthcare's Imodium Quick-Dissolve tablets are a diarrhea treatment that can be taken without water. Polybagged posters are being distributed to travel agency and tour operators via the travel publication Canadian Travel Press. Advertising was created by MacLaren McCann. Media were handled by M2 Universal, both of Toronto.
