CINCINNATI BELL PUTS GEE, JEFFERY IN THE LEAD
By Adnews Staff
Cincinnati Bell has named Gee, Jeffery & Partners the lead agency on its US$10 million account. The Toronto agency won the business after a review process that included the incumbent Northlich Stolley Lawarre of Cincinnati and three additional U.S. agencies that had also previously worked with Cincinnati Bell. The appointment extends Gee, Jeffery's relationship with the telecommunications company. Gee, Jeffery first worked with Cincinnati Bell on the launch of its wireless division in 1999, said agency president Peter Jeffery. It won that account a year later. Gee, Jeffery has opened an office in Cincinnati to service the account, which includes the company's residential, long-distance, phone services, wireless and Internet businesses. The Cincinnati office is the first U.S. presence for the agency.
