NEW HEAD OF MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS AT 360NETWORKS

Rick Roth has been named vice-president of marketing and corporate communications for 360networks. The Vancouver-based company offers network services to telecommunications organizations. In his new role, Roth will be responsible for the company's advertising, branding, Web site management and global interactive solutions. Most recently he was vice-president of corporate marketing at Level 3 Communications.
