OPTIMUM PROMOTES KINGSTON

Optimum Public Relations Vancouver has promoted Kara Kingston from account coordinator to account manager within the agency's marketing practice. Kingston will continue to work on the General Motors of Canada Limited, Tourism British Columbia, Dairy Farmers of Canada, General Mills Canada, Alcan and Bombardier Transportation accounts. She first joined the agency in 1998.
