WOLF EXPANDS DIRECTORY MARKETING DIVISION THROUGH ACQUISITION

Toronto-based Wolf Group has acquired Atlanta-based National Yellow Pages Marketing Program Inc. Financial details were not disclosed. The company will be merged with Wolf's directory marketing division, which places ads and listings in every major Yellow Pages directory in the U.S. and Canada. The combined company will be based in Atlanta and will operate under the banner National Yellow Pages Marketing. Jeff Faircloth, co-founder of National Yellow Pages Marketing, will serve as CEO of the new company. Betty Brown, president of Wolf's directory marketing division based in Cleveland, OH, will serve as COO. Larry Wolf, chairman of Wolf Group, said the company continually looks for ways to augment and improve its portfolio of marketing capabilities. Through this acquisition, the company can dramatically increase its positioning in the directory marketing area, he said.
