CMPA DEBUTS MAGOMANIA

The Canadian Magazines Publishers Association will launch MagOmania.com Monday. The magazine search engine, the country's first and only of its kind according to the group, will provide access to information about and content from over 300 Canadian consumer magazines. The Web site will also provide a searchable online database and an e-commerce section for purchasing subscriptions. A database will allow users to search by keyword, subject, author, title, date or phrase. A group of experts comprised of magazine employees has also been formed to assist users in their searches.
