HARVEY'S SERVING CRISPY FRIES
By Adnews Staff
Harvey's has introduced crispy fries to the menu of its 377 restaurants in Canada. Murray Milthorpe, director of marketing for Harvey's Restaurant Group, said the burger chain came up with the new fries because "our guests have made it clear that they prefer a new style of fries." The new longer and crispier french fries are lightly coated and seasoned. For a limited time, Harvey's is also offering free Spicy Mexican and Dijon Mayo dips to go with the fries. Also, the burger chain will host a special FRY-day on Friday February 2 at participating restaurants. Children 15-years-old and under who go to Harvey's wearing any sports team uniform, jacket or jersey will receive a free small-size order of crispy fries. Harvey's is also promoting the fries with television advertising and radio tags from Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll and public relations from Strategic Objectives, both of Toronto.
