SCOTIA BANK LOOKING FOR NEW AGENCY

Toronto-based Bank of Nova Scotia is looking for a new agency to handle its creative and media needs, ending its relationship with BBDO Canada. BBDO, which held the account for more than two years, was informed of the bank's decision late last week, said Pam Agnew, director of public affairs for the bank. Agnew would not comment on why the account was placed in review. Mike Fyshe, president and CEO of BBDO described the move as a "complete shock," in a report in the National Post. The report also said the Toronto-based consultancy Scudamore & Associates has been hired to handle the review.
