METRICK SYSTEM DRIVING TRAFFIC TO PLAYDIUM

A new radio campaign running in Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver is designed to increase awareness of and drive traffic to Playdium gaming centres. The spots, from Toronto's The Metrick System, promote the gaming experience of the Playdium centres and highlight the centres' food and fantasy features. The campaign, targeting teenagers and young adults, uses the tagline "Playdium...food...fantasy...fun...what else is there?" The Metrick System began working with Toronto-based Playdium Entertainment Corporation earlier this summer after the agency's president, Laurence Metrick, contacted Playdium to pitch the business. Public relations for Playdium are handled by Temple Scott Associates of Toronto.
