BBDO HOLDING TWO DAY FUTURE FOOD BRANDCAMP

Toronto advertising agency BBDO Canada is holding a two day workshop this weekend to study the future of the snacking category in Canada. The workshop, which goes beyond typical focus groups and research meetings, will see 20 young urban consumers cut all ties to the world and move into a downtown loft for the weekend. The campers will be studied as they shop from a specially created convenience store featuring Canadian and international food brands, create new snack ideas and develop new designs in product packaging, The campers' findings will be presented via a live Webcast at <http://www.bbdobrandcamp.com> on Sunday afternoon. In preparation for the Future Food BrandCamp, participants have been charting their own eating habits for the past few weeks. During the workshop, campers will be divided into five groups to study food categories including soft drinks, sweet snacks, salty snacks and beer.
