RADIANT HITS BULLSEYE, HLC

Vancouver-based full-service Internet company Radiant Communications is expanding its range of services with the acquisition of Bullseye Communications and HLC Communications, both of Vancouver. Bullseye is a nine-year-old marketing and communications firm. HLC, founded in 1993, focuses on strategic marketing and advertising services. Radiant's president and chief executive, Jim Grey, said the marketing strengths of Bullseye and HLC and Radiant's technical Internet expertise "make a great match." All employees of Bullseye and HLC will become employees of Radiant's new Web development and marketing services division. Bullseye founder Bruce Cleland will assume the role of vice president of the new division. Heather Carter, founder of HLC, has been named vice president of business development. Financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
