SUNOCO PUMPS UP THE SAVINGS

Sunoco Inc. of Toronto aims to provide customers with a break at the pumps with its new Sunoco Affinity Card and its Web site at <http://www.sunoco.ca>. Sunoco is offering the Affinity Card to existing or new Sunoco home natural gas customers. The card is a loyalty program that gives customers an instant 2% discount on gasoline, car washes and convenience stores purchases at Sunoco's 300 stations in Ontario. Drivers can also save money on gas by purchasing one of Sunoco's Web Gas Packs through the Web site. As a bonus, Sunoco is also offering visitors to the site the opportunity to win a fully restored 1970 Porsche 911 Targa in a new online contest that launched yesterday and runs for eight weeks. Promotion for the new card and Web site will include banner advertising, POS materials, print advertising and radio promotion. Advertising for Sunoco is done by The Faren Group of Mississauga, Ontario.
