OKI EAGLES TEES OFF IN CANADA
By Adnews Staff
Oki Data of Mississauga, Ontario will kick off the "Oki Eagles" program in Canada at the Bell Canadian Open golf tournament this September. This will be the first time the program has run north of the border. The program has been running in the U.S. for the past two years. It awards a spectator at golfing events with a digital LED OKIPAGE 8z printer each time a player sinks an eagle. To enter, spectators fill out an entry form at an OKI booth and check to see if they have won on "Oki Eagles" scoreboards on-site. Spectators can also see if they've won online after the tournament at the company Web site. All spectators who register receive a free Oki golf visor and a rebate coupon towards a future purchase of an OKICOLOR 8 printer or copier system. The Bell Canadian Open takes place at the Glen Abbey golf course in Oakville, Ontario September 7 through 10. The "Oki Eagles" program is being supported with a public relations push from The Communications Group Inc. of Toronto.
