TBWA CHIAT/DAY INTEGRATES STAFF INTO "CREATION TEAMS"

TBWA Chiat/Day of Toronto is re-organizing itself into "creation teams" centered on key groups of clients. The goal is increased integration of staff from account management, media, creative relationship marketing and planning, who will now be working physically next to each other. "The proximity of the varying disciplines will create integration of knowledge and creativity through active and passive 'osmosis'," said David Fong, president of the agency. The transition from the previous structure of departments to the new teams will occur over the next several weeks.
