By Adnews Staff
The next breakfast seminar of the Canadian Advertising Research Foundation will be held in Toronto on June 21. It is titled, "Research in the Interactive Age: A Multimedia/Interactive Research Forum," and will explore the changing attitudes and media habits of Canadian consumers. In addition, it will discuss consumer usage and expectations of new media. Infocosm general manger Tom Healey will introduce a study on what Canadians think of the information highway. Infocosm is the media division of Toronto-based Andersen Consulting. Two other guest speakers, Response Analysis Corporation president Jim Fouss, and Interactive Video Enterprises director Carey McMann, will address the new demands for advertisers, the strengths and weaknesses of new media and the changes that interactivity will bring to the advertiser.
