WINE WEB SITE

You can't taste it, but at least you can see it being made. Napa Valley, California's Rutherford Hill Winery has established a World Wide Web-site on the Internet which allows consumers to partake in a "virtual visit" to the winery. The Web-site offers a full-motion video that begins with an introduction from Jeff Jaegar, one of the winery's partners. After the initial greeting, consumers select which parts of the wine-making process they would like to see and hear about. The site also offers still images and information about products. Recently, over 2,000 computer users visited the site in a single month.
