COSSETTE AWARDED MEDIA BUYING CONTRACT FOR QUEBEC GOVERNMENT

Cossette Communication-Marketing of Quebec City has been awarded a media buying contract from the Quebec government, according to a report in the National Post. The agency was awarded the $35 million in annual media buying business in a review which included agencies Publicite Martin, Groupe BCP and Carat Strategem. Previously the contract was held by a number of Quebec advertising agencies. Cossette has a two-year contract with the provincial government for the buying and placing of ads with the option for an additional two years.
