Starcom Worldwide (Canada) has promoted Theresa Treutler, Steve Meraska, Chris Morandin and Michele Beaulieu. Treutler has been promoted to senior vice president and director of the broadcast investment group from vice president and director of the broadcast investment group. Meraska and Morandin, both group media directors, add vice president to their titles, while Beaulieu adds vice president to her recently-received title of group media director.
Gee, Jeffery and Partners has promoted Robert Morand to the position of executive vice president and general manager. Morand also joins the partner group at GJ&P. Effective immediately, Morand will take on responsibilities for the day-to-day management of the agency while continuing in his roles as director of client services and leader of the account management team.
