CDMA FOCUSES ON INTERNATIONAL LOYALTY

The Canadian Direct Marketing Association is featuring international experts in loyalty marketing at its inaugural Customer Relationship Day. The conference takes place in Toronto on Dec. 1. Keynote speakers are Frequency Marketing president Richard Barlow of Milford, Ohio and Bain & Company director Frederich Reichheld of Boston. Epsilon Datamanagement executive vice-president John Groman of Burlington, Massachusetts, and Loyal Management International chairman Keith Mills of London, England will also be speaking. Topics covered at the event include the benefits of loyalty marketing, the integration of creative and database marketing and success stories in customer retention, loyalty and acquisition programs.
