Hill & Knowlton Canada Limited has appointed Sheila Willis vice president, public affairs for the agency's Toronto office. In her new role, Willis will be responsible for business development and client service. She comes to Hill and Knowlton from the Ontario Clean Water Agency where she was president and chief executive officer.
