Hill & Knowlton Canada Limited has created a specialized practice within its company that focuses on consumer health. The Consumer Health Promotions Practice combines the agency's experience in the areas of health marketing, consumer marketing, health and food regulatory affairs and e-communications. Clients will be offered media relations, government and stakeholder relations, product launches and promotions, consumer education campaigns and coalition management services. Senior vice president Robin Kerbel, who is leading the new practice, said communicating about consumer health issues has become a complex and specialized field of communications. Hill & Knowlton's client roster includes companies operating in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, personal care, consumer health care and biotechnology industries.
