PRIMUS PUTS SMALL WORLD ON ONE RATE

Toronto-based Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. is supporting the launch of its new long distance saving plan "Small World Small Rate" with a month long advertising campaign beginning today. Primus announced the launch of "Small World Small Rate" yesterday. Beginning today, print ads are running in The Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, Vancouver Province and Vancouver Sun. Additional promotion will be seen in television listings books, through free standing inserts and distribution of a flyer. The new plan features calling to 10 international countries including France, Germany, United Kingdom and Hong Kong for 10 cents a minute anytime of day. Primus worked with the Toronto offices of TBWA Chiat/Day in creating the ads supporting "Small World Small Rate." The campaign runs throughout April.
