Bank of Montreal has appointed Angela Ferrante senior vice president, corporate communications. Ferrante joins the company from Ontario Power Generation, a successor company of Ontario Hydro where she worked as head of public affairs.
Stephen Sussman has joined M&PG as vice president, creative director. Most recently, Sussman was working as a freelance creative director and prior to that was vice president, creative director at Bates Canada. In his new role, Sussman will provide leadership to the creative team and will be a member of the management team assisting in the development of new business.
GCI Group has announced the appointments of Chantal Lewis, Cathy-Anne O'Brien, Aishling Keating and Don Blair. Lewis joins GCI as senior consultant, consumer. Most recently she was at Thornley Fallis Communications where she held the same title. O'Brien and Keating are both appointed consultants. Most recently O'Brien held the same title at ETC Communications and Keating was a publicist for Walt Disney Company Canada. Blair is appointed account coordinator working in GCI's corporate and technology practices. Prior to GCI, Blair was a communications specialist for Microcell Telecommunications Inc.
