CANOE DOCKS AT BOS

Canadian Internet network Canoe has awarded its creative advertising account to Bos. Toronto-based Canoe invited Bos and two additional unnamed agencies to pitch for the account. The incumbent was Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll. Rosanne Caron, vice president of marketing and research for Canoe said a decision regarding the media account is expected shortly. Caron explained the media decision will be made within the next week because the network's Spring campaign is scheduled to launch this month. The incumbent on the media account is Media Dimensions. Both the Toronto and Montreal offices of Bos will be working on the Canoe account.
