W.K. Buckley Limited has appointed Frank Buckley to the position of chairman of the board. Buckley will continue in his role as spokesperson for the company, working with Buckley's ad agency Publicis SMW. Succeeding him in the role of president and CEO is John Meehan. Meehan, who joined the company in 1986, was previously vice president and general manager. Buckley's and Meehan's appointments are effective May, 1 2000.
Webhelp.com has appointed Rick Sikorski to the position of communications consultant. In his new role, Sikorski will be responsible for the management of Webhelp.com's public relations and marketing communications. Prior to joining Webhelp.com, Sikorski managed his own public relations consultancy.
