PRO DEALERS GET SNEAK PEEK AT NEW LOGO

Hardware product distributor Sodisco-Howden Group Inc. of St. Bruno, Quebec has unveiled a new logo for its PRO banner. The logo, unveiled at the Canadian Hardware and Building Materials show last week, is part of a strategic plan to position PRO dealers as neighborhood stores that have everything a consumer needs. Canadian consumers will be introduced to the logo when an advertising campaign launches in early April. Television advertising running throughout the year, nationally during the NHL playoffs and on other televisied sporting events, will be supported with print advertisements. Both the new logo and advertising campaign were created by Montreal-based Sun Communications Ltd.. The PRO national network consists of more than 750 dealers across Canada.
