CD PLUS.COM AND PILLSBURY "GET MORE MUSIC STUFF"

CD Plus.com of Mississauga, Ontario and Pillsbury Canada of Markham, Ontario are joining forces in a new marketing promotion. "Get More Music Stuff" will promote the music retailer's Web site <http://www.cdplus.com> as well as its 150 retail stores across Canada operating under the banners CD Plus.com, AVE Entertainment, Big K and Urban Sound Exchange. CD Plus.com's Web site and retail stores will be promoted on more than 4,000,000 packages of Pillsbury Pizza Pops and Pillsbury Pizza Minis with an on-pack sticker. The on-pack sticker promotes an in-pack $3 off coupon for music purchases. The cross-promotion will be supported with a television advertising campaign and in-store tie-ins at all CD Plus.com locations and over 600 participating grocery stores across Canada. Advertising was done by Azimuth Marketing of Toronto. The promotion offers teens several opportunities to win one of 15 Panasonic Technics prize packages valued at $5,000 each and a Universal Music "Blink 182 Roadie for the Day" trip for four to Montreal. Teens can also win by entering monthly CD Plus.com in-store contests and weekly contest through the promotional Web site at <http://www.pillsburypizzapops.com>.
