MANCHU WOK CELEBRATING YEAR OF THE DRAGON

Manchu Wok, based in Markham, Ontario is celebrating the Chinese New Year with a Chinese New Year Promotion. The Chinese restaurant chain will launch its Year of the Dragon "Peel and Win Sweepstakes" January 30 at all 196 North American locations. Customers will have the chance to win over $500,000 in prizes including a grand prize trip for two to Hong Kong with five nights accommodation at a first class hotel. Additional prizes include Coca Cola beverages, egg rolls and a 10% discount coupon on a combo meal purchase. Customers receive a "Peel and Win" sticker attached to their drink cups when they order a soft drink. In-store promotional materials and merchandising, keeping with the Chinese New Year theme, will promote the sweepstakes. Additional promotion will include Manchu Wok Dragon Cards, being distributed with tickets issued by Thomas Cook and Marlin Travel during the month of February. Golden Dragon Cards offer customers a 10% discount at all restaurant locations. The Hong Kong Tourist Association (Canada) is co-sponsoring the sweepstakes.
