NEW HOMES BEING PROMOTED

Blade Marketing Communications of Toronto is launching a campaign this week for home builder Greenpark Homes. It will use radio, newspaper and outdoor to tell home seekers about 10 of the company's sites. Greenpark builds in 14 Toronto area communities. Blade got the account in August without a review on the strength of work it did for Toronto developer Genstar, agency president Wayne Roberts told Adnews last week. The account was previously with Tactics Marketing & Promotion Group of Toronto.
