VBN AND ADSMART FORM NEW ALLIANCE

Toronto-based Virtual Billboard Network is moving to extend the customer reach the network offers its advertisers. The Web banner ad network has entered into a strategic alliance with Adsmart of Andover, MA, a U.S. online advertising network. As a result, VBN will will be able to offer advertisers the ability to target Canadians who are visiting U.S. Web sites that are part of the Adsmart network. Adsmart will in turn be able to offer advertisers the ability to target U.S. visitors to Canadian Web sites which are part of the VBN network. "VBN is committed to continually meeting and surpassing the needs of Canadian advertisers by offering innovative, targeted, online advertising campaigns," said Tom Rothfels, CEO of VBN. There are 375 Web sites in the Adsmart network and more than 200 participating Web sites in the Virtual Billboard Network. VBN is a subsidiary of Gallop & Gallop Advertising.
