E*TRADE CANADA ANNOUNCES MARKETING PARTNERS

E*TRADE Canada has announced the addition of two new marketing partners for the online investment service. Following an agency review, E*TRADE has chosen Grey Canada to handle its creative, media buying and online strategies and Hill and Knowlton (Canada) Ltd. as its strategic partner for its public relations programs. Both Toronto-based agencies will work together in promoting the brand and services of E*TRADE Canada as well as its parent company VERSUS Technologies of Menlo Park, California. The agency appointments follow Toronto-based McManus Elliott Communications Inc. resignation of the E*TRADE account in September. Incumbent McManus Elliott was responsible for strategic planning, on and off-line advertising and public relations. Both agencies will begin working with E*TRADE Canada effective immediately. Grey Canada and Hill & Knowlton joins E*TRADE's roster of marketing partners which includes: Non-linear, Rapp Collins Communicaide, MADA, Hubert Nadeau and Associates, Thompson Lightstone and Media Synergy.
