LIGHT MANAGEMENT ACQUIRES EXCLUSIVE ADVERTISING

Light Management Group Inc. has announced the acquisition of Exclusive Advertising Inc. Exclusive maintains 3,000 media poster faces and 1,800 digital display units. These media poster faces and digital display units are located in the 8,000 square kilometer service area served by GO Transit. Light acquired Exclusive's media faces and display units for $5.6 million. Employees of Exclusive will remain with the company but will now be part of Light Management Groups multi-media division Laser Show Systems Ltd.
