WARP 10 EXPANDS PORTFOLIO

Toronto-based Warp 10 Technologies, which runs the Adsgallery.com website <http://www.adsgallery.com>, has announced the acquisition of Portfolios.com <http://www.portfolios.com> through a cash transaction, assuming all management and key employees. The acquisition will increase expansion of Adsgallery.com's interactive advertising portfolio while supporting Portfolios.com's existing relationships with advertising professionals, said the companies. Portfolios.com is an online directory used by advertising and creative professionals as a source of and showcase for photographers, illustrators, graphic designers, animators and interactive multimedia artists. "The combination of Portfolios.com with Adsgallery.com helps us accelerate our goal by adding its membership base, traffic, interactive portfolios and brand to Adsgallery.com," Warp 10's president and CEO Marvin Ingelman said in a release. Adsgallery.com is an online advertising gallery launched in February by Warp 10 Technologies Inc. Warp 10 is a software company specializing in products that distribute image, audio and text files over computer networks.
