RANSCOMBE & CO. ANSWER LIFE'S MYSTERIES IN NEW CAMPAIGN

Ranscombe & Co. of Toronto is solving some of life's greatest mysteries in its new campaign for Sony's Digital8 Handycam. The campaign consists of three "mysteries" that are solved by the clear picture seen with the Digital8 Handycam. In one ad, the Sasquatch turns out to be no more than a hairy man. In another, the Loch Ness monster is shown to be floating tires and a boot. The third ad shows that flying saucers are actually Frisbees. The tag line reads "Introducing the Sony Digital8 Handycam. Single handedly solving the world's greatest mysteries." The campaign launched at end of March and will run through April, May and June in national newspapers and on television.
