HY & ZEL'S AND VALU-NET GO SHOPPING ONLINE

Valu-net Corp. of Markham, Ont. has signed an agreement with the drug store chain Hy & Zel's of Vaughan, Ont. to develope an Internet marketing program. The arrangement parallels Amazon.com's agreement with Drugstore.com, a distributor of health products over the Internet. Under the terms of the agreement, Valu-net will construct Hy & Zel's corporate Web site including online advertising and promotions and provide online shopping lists as well. Phase one of the agreement should be complete by mid-April. The chain of drug stores has 16 locations across Southern Ontario and offers a wide selection of drug products plus a full range of grocery and general merchandise. Promotion for the noe online store is planned in conjuction with the launch in mid-April but are not being revealled. PR for Valu-net is handled by GENERATORIDEAWAORKS of Toronto.
