MAPLE LEAFS ENDORSE CREDIT CARD

MBNA Canada Bank has announced that the Toronto Maple Leafs have teamed up with MBNA to issue the Official Maple Leafs MasterCard. The agreement with the Leafs expands MBNA's program with the NHL and its 30 teams. MBNA introduced the credit card program into Canada last year. MBNA officials were not available to discuss advertising plans.
