OWEN/HOLLEWAY GROUP ACQUIRED BY DE NOVO

Owen/Holleway Group of Cambridge, Ont. has been purchased undisclosed by De Novo Corp. of Hockessin, Delaware, a communication and marketing holding company. De Novo Corp. acquired OHG to enhance its ability to provide a range of services to its international clientele, which includes the Royal Bank of Canada. OHG is an advertising firm whose list of clients include Frigidaire, Jacuzzi and Zehrs supermarkets. William Keenan, president of De Novo Corp. said in a release "OHG's strategic and creative communication services are important additions to our core capabilities and further our strategy of acquiring leading companies in the industry worldwide." By joining De Novo, OHG has a perfect opportunity to continue its growth, stated David Owen Freund, former OHG president. He has been named managing creative director of OHG. OHG will retain its name.
