GREEN LINE TAKES THE INFOMERCIAL ROUTE

Green Line Investors Services of Toronto launched a national infomercial this week featuring testimonials from actual clients. The 28-minute program is hosted by CBC journalist Beth Harrington. The customers express how easy and rewarding it is to take control of their own investments and save on the fees and commissions which would be incurred by a traditional broker. The show focuses on the benefits of various Green Line services including WebBroker, a secure online Internet trading tool and FundSmart, which offers free and direct access to mutual fund experts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In addition, the infomercial presents a limited time enrollment offer. The campaign was created by Impact Direct Response Marketing of Toronto. Green Line is a division of TD Securities.
