FAMOUS PEOPLE PLAYERS OPENS NEW SHOW
By Adnews Staff
Famous People Players of Toronto will start a new musical production later this month called Leave The Porch Light On. The musical is about a troubled teen named Chloe who is sent to perform community service with a troupe after being charged with possession of drugs. Chloe's relationship with the troupe is difficult at times, but shows her that hope can survive in the most unexpected places. Eventually, Chloe sheds her prickly leaves and transforms herself into a beautiful sunflower. The musical is performed under the illumination of black-light with puppets of animals portraying the roles. The show will be promoted using print ads in The Toronto Star, TV ads on the Global Television Network and radio ads on 99.9 FM and CFRB, all of which are sponsors of the musical. The ads were created by a freelancer. PR is being handled by Ashworth Associates of Toronto.
