NINETEEN MEDIA OUTLETS SPONSOR THE TORONTO STREET FESTIVAL

In what is best described as rare, 19 of Toronto’s media outlets have all agreed to sponsor the City of Toronto’s street festival. Perri Bender, marketing manager with the Toronto Special Events Office said this is the first time he has seen an event that has had so many non-exclusive media partnerships. The street festival is a celebration of the new unified Toronto and will take place July 3 to 5 at five different locations along Yonge Street. The event will include free musical entertainment, family activities and attractions.
