Michael O'Reilly has joined Young & Rubicam of Toronto as group creative director. Most recently he was a freelancer at Roche Macaulay & Partners of Toronto. O'Reilly has also worked at Franklin Dallas and Cossette Communication-Marketing of Toronto. Angela Harvey is now at Bryant, Fulton & Shee Advertising Inc. of Vancouver as account planner, working with such clients as the HongKong Bank of Canada and B.C. Transit. Previously she held the same position at TBWA Chiat/Day of Toronto. Clara Suh is at the agency as production manager. Formerly she was print production coordinator at BBDO Canada's Vancouver office. Heather Earle has joined B,F&S as media buying group manager. Most recently she operated her own media buying firm called Earle Media Services. Don Mitchell has been named consultant to the strategic planning and development team at MC Direct of Toronto. Previously he was worldwide chairman of the J. Walter Thompson Direct Marketing Council and president of JWT Direct in Mexico/Latin America and in the Asia Pacific.
