Robert Shanks has joined Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising of Toronto as vice-president and managing director. Most recently he was strategic planning director at Roche Macaulay & Partners of Toronto. Mary Falbo is now at the agency as media director. Previously she was executive vice-president and media operations director at Bates Canada of Toronto. Carolyn Baker has been promoted from senior account executive to account supervisor at Wunderman, Cato, Johnson of Toronto. She is working on the Columbia House account. Stephen Brown has moved up at the agency from account supervisor to account director, working on the Co-operators/DirectProtect business.
