Jennifer McNaughton has joined Mytec Technologies as sales and marketing director. Most recently she was marketing manager and regional sales manager for ADP Canada. McNaughton has also worked at Digital Equipment of Canada Ltd., Lexmark Canada and Kodak Canada. Mytec provides logon security for all NT sessions by replacing the password in the operating system with biometric verification. Tony Blacker is now at Padulo Direct as vice-president and general manager. Previously he was client services director at Relationship Marketing Resources of Toronto. Blacker has also worked at BBDO, SSC & B: Lintas International and J. Walter Thompson. John Harding will join the Radio Marketing Bureau as president on April 7. Currently he is executive vice-president at the Institute for Canadian Advertising. Harding will replace Brian Jones. Ed Voltan and Rita Fabian have been appointed sales and marketing vice-presidents at Baton/CTV. Formerly Fabian was sales vice-president and Fabian was vice-president and general sales manager. Pam Agnew is at Wolf Public Relations of Toronto as chief operating officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations, as well as management and growth of the agency in Canada and the U.S. Previously she was vice-president at McManus Elliott Communications of Toronto.
