PROVINCE WANTS CONSUMERS TO KNOW THEIR GAMBLING LIMITS

Saskatchewan Health is promoting responsible gambling in its latest ad campaign. In addition, the ads raise awareness of the risks of gambling, and promotes the province's 1-800 Problem Gambling Help Line. The campaign uses radio, outdoor billboards and print ads in farm publications, French, language and aboriginal magazines, as well as local newspapers in communities where casinos are located. Postcards are also being placed in the washrooms of bars and restaurants where Video Lottery Terminals are located. The campaign was created by the Phoenix Advertising Group of Regina. The postcard space was arranged by Apex Advertising of Regina. Apex is a division of NewAd Media of Toronto.
