BRITISH AIRWAYS LOWERS FIRST CLASS COST

British Airways has reduced the price of its first class air fare to London by 40%. The special price is available from March 1 to May 31. The airline developed the promotion because business travel is generally slow during this period, and the discounted price will allow travelers, who normally wouldn't fly first class, to fly in style. To receive the discount, travelers can fly out of Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa. British Airways' first class service features individual compartments with beds that convert into arm chairs. British Airways has no immediate plans to support the promotion with advertising, but it has not been ruled out. Canadian advertising for the airline is done by Vickers & Benson Advertising of Toronto.
