DEADLINE APPROACHING FOR CCAMMA AWARDS

Deadline for entry into the Chinese Canadian Advertising, Marketing & Media Association Advertising Creative Awards is March 13. Chinese advertising materials and campaigns created and placed in any publicly known medium in Canada during 1997 will be eligible to enter the contest. The objectives of the awards are to honor excellence in advertising, to advance the professional standard of advertising in the Chinese-Canadian market and to promote multicultural marketing in Canada. The six major awards categories are TV, business video, print, radio, multimedia and adaptation. The awards will be presented in Richmond Hill, Ont. on May 30. The goal of the CCAMMA is to act as a communication bridge between the Canadian marketers and the Chinese-Canadian market.
