DRUMS CHOOSES GENERATORIDEAWORKS

DRUMS INC. of Toronto handed the PR portion of its account to GENERATORIDEAWORKS of Toronto earlier this month. The agency won the North American business after a review with five other Toronto agencies. "They seemed to be best attuned to our technology and they had the business sense as well," DRUM chief operating officer Drew Williams told Adnews yesterday. DRUM is a business-to-business extranet solutions company. It has been in operation for nine months. Two of the owners of DRUM are Bill Sharpe and Tom Blackmore, who are also co-owners of Toronto ad agency Sharpe Blackmore Inc. If the company does any advertising, it will likely use Sharpe Blackmore as its agency.
