Gould Outdoor Advertising of Toronto is expanding. The company has added 50 outdoor advertising faces in Cornwall, Ont. to its portfolio. The company has bought Seeley Outdoor Advertising of Cornwall. As a result, Gould will open an office in Ottawa this week to handle advertising sales in Cornwall, Kingston and the Ottawa region. By the end of 1997, Gould will have 78 advertising faces on transit shelters in Ajax, Ont. In October, Gould expanded its presence in Eastern Canada after it bought Visual Communications of Moncton, New Brunswick, which owned 38 outdoor advertising faces. Gould has also built 20 new advertising faces in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Earlier this fall, Gould bought Rutherford's Advertising of Owen Sound, Ont., which added 185 faces to the company's operation. Gould plans to update the boards so that they will all be illuminated.
