CZECHOSLOVAKIA TO CUT DOWN ON JUNK MAIL

Czechoslovakia's postal service plans to restrict the amount of junk mail sent to consumers' homes. Over the next few weeks, consumers will be asked to fill out forms about their special interest areas regarding advertisements. The new policy should not affect mailings sent by agencies directly to consumers. The postal company hopes to cut back on the amount of unsolictied ads sent through mass mailings to untargeted consumers.
