SALES FORECASTING CONFERENCE

The Institute for International Research will host a sales forecasting and planning conference in Toronto on Nov. 26 and 27. The conference is designed for directors, vice-presidents and senior managers of marketing, sales and logistics to help them predict sales and manage product categories. Topics covered at seminars will include understanding how companies do sales forecasting, implementing cause-and-effect modeling in order to overcome forecasting inaccuracies, integrating the forecast function into the overall management of the business and assessing new sales forecasting software.
